These Websets will be available to ONLY the winner
of each month's Birthday Raffle and the winner's
choice will be replaced each month with a new webset.
The websets you see here are merely screenshots of
the layout and components available. Only the monthly 
winner will be afforded the chance to download their 
chosen set in it's entirety and request the Top Banner
customized to their specifications (within reason)

Come back each and every month to sign up those birthday
pals you wish to gift with a webset (if their name is drawn) 
or to sign yourself up! The winner gets 3 days to choose the
webset they desire and will be sent a zip file of the components
to use as they wish. We do not provide the actual webpage layout,
merely the graphic components for the user to layout as they
chose using their own server or coding skills.

Just fill out the form below and click submit ONCE. This will enter
your name (or the name of the person you wish to try and gift with a
webset) for the entire month. Please do NOT enter your name more
than once. repeat submissions will result in your entry from being 
removed for the month. Resubmission following a removal in this 
matter will result in your being permanently barred from entering.
