Please take a moment to read these instructions before
filling out the deposit forms.
- Be sure to pay close attention
to how you fill out this form as it doubles as the DAILY and WEEKLY form.
- Daily deposits are to be made
everyday. Weekly deposits should only be made on Saturday nights or Sundays.
- When depositing for the day, check
the box next to "Daily". When depositing for the week, check the box next to
"Weekly".
- Some items are to be checked ONLY if
you are filling out your deposit form for the week. These items are marked as such.
If you don't fill
in your name correctly then you will not get credit for the DUCK BILLS you have
earned....so read this part carefully!
- If you are depositing as a
Fighter: Where it says "Your site name", put the name of your site as it is
listed with the team.
- If you are depositing as a Spirit,
Sprites, Quill, Fairy or Wee One: Where it says " Your site name" use your
Spirit, Sprite, Quill, Fairy, or Wee One name.
Those who are a
spirit, sprite, quill, fairy, or wee one, and are ALSO fighting, will sign for the tasks
separately. So, if you sign guestbooks as a fairy, then you will fill out the deposit form
with your fairy name. If you sign the guestbooks as a fighter, then you will fill out the
form with your site name. Some of you will be filling out the forms twice daily. |
