Childrens Privacy Policy Statement
This site is owned and operated by The Site Fights, (referred to as "thesitefights.com," "we," "us," or "our" herein).
Thesitefights.com strives to provide an environment to safeguard your personal information and your children's personal information in compliance with this policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not sell, share, or intentionally make publicly available children's or other user's personal information, except as provided herein or except in compliance with COPPA. We are prohibited from conditioning a child's participation in any activity on the child disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity.
Because we care about online privacy and safety we want you to understand that this is important information that could impact you or your child!! Please read this policy carefully. Use of this web site and the registration of children our activities is absolutely conditioned upon reviewing, understanding and agreeing to all of the information, disclosures and disclaimers contained in (1) this Privacy Policy and (2) the Terms and Conditions listed on the Home Page.
Children are not supposed to submit a web site for the fights without the offline consent of a parent or legal guardian (subsequently referred to as "Parent", "Grown- Up" or "Supervisor") granted in a manner that we believe to be in good faith compliance with the COPPA offline consent procedures. Our site allows prospective sites who are run by children to fill out a pre-registration form that asks for their name, e-mail address and site info. This information is held in an inactive pool while we await the consent from the parent. This information is deleted if the parent does not respond.
Our full registration form is in the parent's resource section of our Web site. The form asks a Grown-Up to supply their first and last name, pick a user name and password (if needed), and to provide a country, zip code and email address. A Grown-up and child can together choose a user name and password for the child. We strongly suggest that the user name NOT contain the child's real full name or last name. We also ask for the child's gender and date of birth to help us determine the content selected for our Web site and to personalize their experience. We can not gaurentee the userid as it may be in use.
To complete the registration process, a Supervisor needs to contact us to confirm that they consent to have the specified child compete and/or use features of our site.
To complete the registration process you will need to print out the registration form, sign it and send it back to us by postal mail. You will need to mail it to: Thesitefights.com -- Parental Consent 212 Vermillion Lane Glassboro 08028 US.
