Most of the teams have a guestbook for you to browse through looking
for Vote Exchanges, but we're going to try something a little different.
Ever notice while browsing those guestbooks for VEs you run across quite
a few that don't even compete anymore? That's where the vote exchange is
different from all others. We delete those that quit, but leave those that
remain fighting.
