These are guidelines for your guestbook signing. They're not rules set in stone, just suggestions.
* Avoid too complicated coding to avoid things going wrong. Tables often mess up in Bravenet guestbooks, for example.
* StIcKy CaPs caN gEt VeRY anNoYinG tO reAd.
* If you add color to your text, remember to close the tags.
* Avoid using too many or too big pictures, they tend to create a "loud" impression.
* Always be nice! If you're giving a person feedback on their site, avoid being too negative. It's not advicable to give
negative feedback until it's asked for.
* Don't just write an impersonal message, such as "Come to this place. Bye now." Try to personalize at least a bit. You'll have had to see at least splash/first page of their site, right? Then say something about that! ^_^ People generally want feedback on their sites and will
be a lot happier to pay attention to what you want them to do if you give them something in return.
* Create a non-HTML plain text version of your standard signing message for the guestbooks that don't accept HTML. Posting HTML
messages in guestbooks that don't accept it doesn't leave too good of an impression.
