GlendA, SpencA and MalendA noticed the change that took hold of me
in the afterglow of my good fortune regarding the invitation
to play a round of Miniature Golf on Dman's course and the challenge
Dman threw out at me and DUncle to play a match against him and DNick.

I shadow boxed around the house, agitated, nervous and jerky,
(Usually I'm only jerky. DUncle wuz right! I do talk to myself at times.)
worrying how not to embarrass myself and my erstwhile partner
in front of the millions of Sight Fight Fans
who will be watching this awesome match.
I neglected to tell DUncle in our interview last week
that much less have I never played a round of Miniature golf,
or any golf, but I don't know the first thing about the game.
SpencA , astute as ever, sat me down and told me not to worry.
He had the situation under control
and told me to forget about spending a week
at Bobby "Bengal Tiger" Woody's
"Miniature Golf Driving Academy for Duffers",
he already arranged for me to take a series of lessons
from the legendary Miniature Golf pro,
Barnie "The Beanie" Balmer.
It seems Barnie is here in town on a break
from playing the international Miniature Golf course circuit
and is at SpencA's school for the semester.
I asked SpencA, " Sounds great....What is he teaching?"
"No, Pop, you don't understand! Barnie is a Student.
He's only 12 years old but has already lived a lifetime of Miniature golf.
He wuz actually born on the putting green of the fourth hole
at the "Frank Lloyd Wright Architectural Action Park Course"
while his mother wuz competing in a National Sectional.", SpencA replied.
SpencA continued, "He's played every major Miniature Golf course in the world.
The press accounts of the time he was the only survivor of his foursome
at the "Mount Everest Band Aid Classic" are awesome.
It seems the tournament begins at the base of the mountain
and you play your way to the ninth hole located at the top.
As famous as 'Arnie's Army' is in Golf,
'Beanie's Babies' is moreso in the Miniature Golf World.
there are 1000's of 'Beanie Babies' sites on the internet
and countless collectors of 'Beanie Babies' dolls all over the world."
I wuz visibly impressed.
"Oh, yeah!..", Spenca went on, "He's also played Dman's Course,
and can give you and DUncle the low down on how to play each hole."
"Wait a minute!!!", I cut in.
"Doesn't Dman make you sign a 'Non-disclosure' agreement
blocking you from describing the hazards of each hole after you play the course
so that every new player knows nothing about them ?"
"Right, but Dman thought that Beanie was the famous purple Barney the dinosaur
and skipped having him sign the 'Non-disclosure' agreement.
So he's free to talk about it and give you strategy tips about it.", SpencA answered.
Now I wuz really excited.
This might just be the secret weapon me and DUncle need
to even things up for the 'Golf Match of the Century'!
I ran to let DUncle know the good news.
