Here it is Saturday again with DSuspendA staring at my newly
refurbished 1931 Classic Underwood, desperately trying to congeal
the lonely thought slushing round in the hollow, empty cavern of my brain.
Wuzn't yesterday Saturday also? - everyday lately is Saturday -
one Saturday ends with me pounding away at the typewriter, thinking,
(Thinking is a hard job and hurts my head worse than most blows I received in DRing).
coding, travelling around reviewing Knockout Sites,
constantly being puzzled by lifes little Conundrums, like,
How much postage do I need to put
on a 400 word E-Mail message?

and hours of reading all the personal dossiers of Dfamily correspondance.
It seems that the calendar pages are turning faster and faster.
Maybe I'm caught in some kind of Time Warp here in my office,
which is located so high up the stadium that I have to
open the door every few minutes to let Jet planes pass through.
(Didn't they do the "Time Warp" in the "Rocky Horror Show"?
or wuz it in all of the endless "Rocky" movies?)
Looking at the dog-eared pages of my calendar
(Dog-eared? I don't even own a dog!!).
I realized that it wuz exactly 1 year ago, this week,
that DSuspendA entered into this new web competition called,
The Site Fights, at the insistence of a new friend from Australia, DWombat.
The next few months of fun, begging for votes, meeting and visiting
a whole raft of wonderful sites by talented people, writing cheers,
catching DSpirit, reading and eventually contributing articles
to DRose (who I still hear from, by the way) at DRumble Review,
which helped me get a toehold on my budding journalistic endeavor -
all the way to The Warzone and Lady Char's Knockout blow, ending my active career.
Life as an ex-ContendA, now located out of the spotlight,
having had my second 15 seconds of fame
(The first 15 seconds wuz how long I lasted in my final fight in Dring.)
is loaded with the rewards of being an officially retired Ex-ContendA.
Those of you who are new to the Fight Game
are probably not aware of some of the benefits
