has been a rumor circulating thru
out The Site Fights for longer than
I have been associated with TSF. That
rumor says that a vote doesn't count
until the scores from the previous
days competition are posted. I can
tell you that this rumor is false.
All votes are counted and It doesn't
matter if the scores are posted or
not. All votes have a date and time
that they were sent in. Therefore
we can distinguish the date and time
that a vote was cast. I try very hard
to post the scores thru the week by
11 am and on Saturday by 12 pm but
if you don't see the scores posted
please go ahead and vote anyway.
2. In the unlikely event that there is
a dispute between two or more sites,
the problem is to be brought to the
immediate attention of the Cherub
Team Leader or one of the Co-Leaders
or Team assistants.
The team officials will make every
effort to resolve the issue as quickly
and as fairly as possible.
3.
There will be no site bashing tolerated
by any site competing on the Cherubs
Champions team. This not only applies
to other sites on the Cherubs Champions,
but also to any site on any team competing
in the The Site Fights. Any incidents
of site bashing will be grounds for
immediate disqualification. If your
site or you personally are the object
of site bashing or threats of any
kind from any other site, you should
notify Lady Lisa or one of her Co-Leaders
immediately. If we don't know about
the problem we can not take the steps
necessary to resolve the problem.

While TSF only requires a link to
the Site Fights, the Cherub Forest
Require a link to both The Site Fights.
All new sites begin competition in
the Clouds Rings. You are required
to have a minimum of votes each day
to qualify in the Clouds and your
links must be in place before you
will be allowed to advance to a gate.
If your site receives the required
votes each day you will receive a
"Q" in the score box for that day.
If they do not you will receive an
"*" in the score box for that day.
If at the end of the week you have
qualified at least 3 days out of 5
and you have the required links posted
your site will receive a "QQ;" in
the score box and an assignment will
be posted in the last column for the
next weeks competition.

When we receive notification from
The Site Fights of a sites impending
competition, at times there is a mistake
in the url for the competing sites.
We make every effort to find and correct
the mistake. But if we are unable
to find and correct the mistake and
we notify the site in question via
email of the incorrect information
that we have received and the owner
of the site doesn't respond with the
correct information by 6 PM on Sunday
prior to the start of competition
then the site will not be posted for
competition that week. If I receive
the correct information any time during
the following week the site in question
can start on the following Monday.
If the information comes after the
deadline which I have set then the
site will have to re-apply to the
sitefights to compete.
6.When
posting cheers in Shout It Out any
kind of derogatory remarks to or about
the other teams will not be tolerated.
We are here to have fun and compete
in a friendly manner and those kind
of remarks tend to alienate us from
the other teams. We need their support
and they need ours. Thank you for
your cooperation in this matter.
7.
Graphics are needed by your team leader
to post in the Warzone and Dome when
a site reaches that stage of competition.
It is the responsibility of the fighter
to see that I have a button to be
included on those pages. If you do
not have one and need to get one made
Lady Lisa, or Vandi, will be happy
to make one to the proper specifications.
You can find a link on the main Cherubs
page to request a graphic. Buttons
for the Dome/Warzone must be 100x100
pixels in size. Animated buttons are
ok but please hold the file size as
small as possible.
Scoring
Procedures
On
This page I will outline the proceedure
for the scoring in all rings within
the Forest Cherubs team competition.
You
must recieve at least three
votes to get a score.
Anything
under the three vote minimum will
recived an icon in place of a score.
Try a vote exchange board, no need
to go overboard, just exchange with
a few to get the needed votes required
to score.
Cherubs
Sanctum
1.
The Scoring is based on a 1 thru 10
scoring ratio. The site receiving
the highest number of votes shall
receive a 10 for the days score. In
the event that two or more site receive
the same amount of votes they shall
all receive the same score. The only
ring within the team structure that
will ever have a runoff on Saturday
is the Cherubs Sanctum. That being
if at the time of posting the scores
on Saturday Morning 2 or more sites
end up with the same score. There
will be a runoff tie breaker starting
from 12:am on Saturday morning and
ending at midnight Saturday night.
The winner will be announced on Sunday
morning. This only applies when it
is for the top position.
Circle
of friends
Here
the site with the highest amount of
votes, will advance to the Cherub
Sanctum.
The minimum to advance is 45.
Below that will remain in current
ring. Below a 35 will drop back to
a lower ring

Here the site
with the highest amount of votes,
will advance to the Circle of Friends.
The
minimum to advance is 45. Below that
will remain in current ring. Below
a 35 will drop back to a lower ring

in the Gates
Here the site
with the highest amount of votes,
will advance to the Wings.

minimum to advance is 45. Below that
will remain in current ring. Below
a 35 will drop back to a lower ring

Sites
in the Clouds
Here a Site
receives either a "Q" or "*" depending
on whether they receive the required
amount of votes for that day as outlined
below. The scoring here is for Qualifying.
A site here "can not" advance until
they have all the required links in
place.
The links required are as follows:
1. a link to the Sitefights Main page.
2. a link to the Cherubs Champions
either to their Ballot site or to
the main page or both.
A site must receive a minimum of 2
vote per day to qualify for that day.
They must Qualify 3 days out of 5
to advance. If they have "Q's" all
the way across the score sheet and
they do not have the required links
posted they can not advance. We will
repeat them in the Clouds a Second
week then they are dropped if they
have not complied with the rules.
Those that work in the Clouds with
me send emails out to the site owners
several times each week offering help
with coding or what ever the fighter
may have a need for help in. If at
the time that the Clouds workers send
me their final reports for the week
they have not had a reply from the
sites that are not in compliance then
those sites are dropped from the roster.
We have an obligation to those sites
that need help and respond to the
offers of help and we don't need to
waste our time on those that for what
ever reason don't see fit to respond
to our offers of help. This is only
for those sites that are not in compliance
with the rules.
Not

These rules are not set in stone and
there can be a little leaway given.
