Who's Dman - Issue 8: Interview with DFairy

Before we begin this weeks interview, I'd like to begin with a hearty Welcome back to Lady Char. After a brief vacation, she's back. And for that reason, I'm going to target her for next week's interview. I'd also like to take the time to welcome Dlight to Dfamily. Now without Further Ado, the moment you've been waiting for, let's start to interview Dfamily.

As I said, my first interview is with Dfairy. "Why?" you may ask. Simple. At one point I was a Spirit Fairy. I know what it's like to be out there dusting Sites. Never hearing from the people you've dusted. Being a Spirit Fairy is one of the most thankless jobs in the Site Fights. But there is always a person you'll touch that makes the job worthwhile. You meet many special people doing it. But none as special as Dfairy. She's been hidding long enough. Let's bring out Dfairy...WOO~HOO

	DUncle	When did you become involved with the Site Fights?
	Dfairy	I beleive it was the Fall of 1996 when I entered my homepage, Dragonfly Dream into The Site Fights. It was a little different way back then, but hey, I made it to The Dome and was a Champion!!!
	DUncle	How did you become Dfairy?
	Dfairy	Shortly after wining the Dome and then trying to defend my place,the former DSpirit asked for some help with The Fights. She had come up with the Spirit Fairy idea and I took it and ran!
	DUncle	What were your duties when you first began?
	Dfairy	I actully dusted everyone who was in The Site Fights homepage!!!!
	DUncle	What are your duties now?
	Dfairy	Well,as we grew and grew and grew,I no longer could do it all and began asking for more fairies. Slowly people signed up and joined me in the dusting duties. Eventually we had a fairy for each team and now we even have a fairy leader for each team(almost). These are the Ladies and Lord fairies who direct thier team of fairies.
	DUncle	How do you feel that you've helped to shape the Site Fights?
	Dfairy	Ohhh,hard question! It was the goal of the former DSpirit and I to really have the fights be a warm and friendly place. Where else do you get this kind of interaction on the internet? This is about people,and people being the best they can be. It takes support,love and spirit to become the best!
	DUncle	How many faries are there now?
	Dfairy	I'd say just about 100!!!!!
	DUncle	How did the Wee Ones come about?
	Dfairy	So many younger folks wanted to be spirit fairies,and as that roles comes with alot of hard work and responsibility I created a role for younger folks to be involved.
	DUncle	How has the Site Fights changed since you became part of Dfamily?
	Dfairy	We grew! And evolved,changed,and blossumed!
	DUncle	Is there anything you'd like to see changed at the Site Fights?
	Dfairy	Actually, I feel we are a little to big at the moment. At times I feel outta touch. I actually miss doing the fairy dustings that I started out doing. Now I am more of an elusive spirit fairy. I miss the closeness.
	DUncle	In your mind, Who's Dman?
	Dfairy	DMan, is the spirit behind the Site Fights, it's creator, it's drive, it's parent.
