Who's Dman - Issue 5: The Slogan Now that The Site Fights was becoming a well known competition, there needed to be a slogan. Something that conveyed the pure idea behind the scenes. Dman called upon Dfamily to see what could be thought of. Dfamily took a lot of time to ponder this. The Site Fights brought people from around the world together for the sole purpose of... hmmmm... no, there was no real sole purpose. There were many reasons for people to come to The Site Fights. Not just to show off their creation, but to meet others who shared a similar interest. To bring people of all walks of life together in one place....hmmm... this was going to be a tough one. Nick continued to prove himself useful. He moved the card shop into The Site Fights home. He also created the Shout It Out guestbook. He looked into many new cgi's that could be used and some were found at a site that was competing. Matt's script archive. Matt had a really neat WWW Board script. And so Dboard was born. Nick's duties as an assistant and a team leader soon proved to be too much. Soon Nick got to assist in setting teams. Dwombat and Lady Char's Knights were the first two. Then with too many duties to mention, Nick turned his team over to the Great Graphy and Grapholina's Gladiators were born. Meanwhile, The slogan was still eluding Dman. Something need to be found. So many fighters, so many friends....hmmmm...There had to be a good slogan in there somewhere. Dman took a stroll through the Site Fights. This whole thing started out as such a simple idea. people competing with each other. Now look at all these teams. The Warzone was to be split. This Side and That Side. Four teams to compete on either side and the winners go into the Dome to compete with last weeks winner. if the person survived three weeks in the dome, then they got to compete in the Site Fight of the year. Who would have thought that one round would become many rounds in so many teams. This dream was becoming a reality so quickly. So many people were sending e-mail to Dman about the friends they'd made when all they'd come here for was to fight for fun...hmmm... closer...... A
new thing started and the Spirit Spider began it. The Rumble Review. Where
fighters could get in word about what they were experiencing in the Site
Fights. Dman sat back and though about all this. "The Site Fights. Where
they're fightin' for fun and Friendship Begun!" That was it.
Next issue, even more teams are added to The Site Fights... Click
