Who's Dman - Issue 17: Interview With DSpirit

Dspot and I spent some time the other day running around the Site Fights. We gathered lots of things for D'ring Report. Dspot took me to all kinds of places. We had some great fun. On one of my stops, I happened to stumble upon Dspirit. She was floating around looking kinda frazzled. I pulled her into a lounge chair and decided if she wanted to talk. Dspot curled up at her feet, and she opened up. Here's what we talked about.

	DUncle	When did you become involved with the Site Fights?
	DSpirit	I became a fighter in The Site fights around Feb. 1997. I made it to the Warzone, up against Tipi's site. Tipi won the Warzone round to be come a Dome champion. I knew when I visited Tipi's site, I didn't have a chance, but I was having so much fun. That I knew then I was hooked. =) I then contacted DFairy, in which I became known as Fairy Blaze. I loved being a fairy, I so much enjoyed dusting and visiting fighters. And seeing the Spirit of others was a complete turn on for me, sharing the Spirit was indeed my way of meeting others and becoming great friends. I dusted the Knights Team for Lady Char. DSpirit at that time commented that I was great at sharing the Spirit for I nominated someone daily for the Spirit Award.
	DUncle	How did you become Dspirit?
	DSpirit	I think from just nominations for the Spirit award is what got me where I am. I contacted at that time DSpirit almost daily, to submit Spirited Fighters for the Spirit Award. After all that was one of my duties, and I am into being the best I can be in everything I do. I try real hard! ;) I received this from the former DSpirit one Morning! =) I keep everything!!! ;) I became DSpirit, Sept 10, 1997! She emailed me asking if I would take over the role of DSpirit, this transpired.... Sept. 10, 1997 Good Morning to you sweety, OK, the fun can begin this weekend if you wish:):) Now that I know you are interested, I will tell you the "rest of the story" *smiles* I am seeking someone to take over my pages and to enter the role of DSpirit. Sweety, I HOPE you still want to do this, now that you know the whole story. I have given much thought as to whom I would like to take over the DSpirit site and you were really the only one I felt good about asking. You are a VERY spirited fairy and you have a kind sweet quality about you which is important is sharing the spirit with others. I will be waiting anxiously to hear back from you to let me know if you still wish to join in the main core of DFamily. The role of DSpirit allows a person to receive so much love from others. It is one in which you will find much happiness and for every ounce of spirit you share, it really comes back ten-fold. Hugs Debbie/DSpirit
	DUncle	What are your basic day to day duties?
	DSpirit	First and foremost I give out the Spirit award. I recieve nominations from the Fairies, Spirits & even from Ask DSpirit, in order to form my opinion on who wins the Spirit Award. I view allot of Fighters sites. I also have completely redone the DRealm of DSpirit as to how I hold the Spirit of The Site Fights, which is done daily every since I became DSpirit. The DRealm of DSpirit has become so large I ask for help, which DLight offered so generously to help me out. Now we have the Spirits which is about 70 or more members to help us share the Spirit with the fighters. I do allot of updating with all the new projects in the DRealm of DSpirit. Our newest projects are the DFamily Photo album, Spirit Newsletter, DFriends of DFights, and last but not least we are completely redoing the Card Shop. I write the Rumble Review every week and give the Fairy, Spirit & the Wee One of the week awards out to the most Spirited ones for that week.
	DUncle	How has Drealm of Dspirit changed over the past year?
	DSpirit	Everything has changed in the DRealm of DSpirit in the last year. All is new, which has caused the DRealm to grow so fast and to become so exciting for me.
	DUncle	Tell us about the new members of Drealm?
	DSpirit	Well as you can see with all the ideas I had for the DRealm of DSpirit I surly needed help. I had known DLight for quite awhile in her fairy persona. She has the same passion as I do about sharing the Spirit with all. Thank goodness I picked up on that, and between the conversations she & I had she became my assistance known as DLight. And I can tell you, she is a D'Light in every way. She has become a very large part of DRealm of DSpirit. Fact is I couldn't do it with out her. Then I met Odette, A fighter with so much Spirit. We became friends while she was a Fighter, her sense of humor caught me. As I got to know her, I realized she was very talented in many ways. What amazed me was she was so young yet so gifted. Odette was known to me at that time as Wee One Sleepy, she wanted more to do with the Site Fights. I needed help with the Spirit Award nominations, so I ask if she would please let me know if she spotted a Spirited Fighter. WoW, she let me know all right, =) still does. She doesn't miss much Spirit. She started nominating Fighters for the Spirit Award daily, also we noticed that some of the new Fighters really wasn't sure what Spirit was. Odette offered to help many Fighters at that time to learn what The Spirit of the Site Fights was. Thus, was born the Spirits, in which others wanted to help New Fighters in Sharing the Spirit too. I could tell through Odette's writing emails to me with her expressions *wink* and such. That she would really be great with stories, Spirited Stories. I hit that one right on the nose, as she has shown her talent in the Spirit Newsletter. Which grew way beyond my expectations since we all participate in the Newsletter. Then Kel became a Spirit, in which I knew Kel from being a very Spirited Fighter. Always happy go lucky with all, as she Shared her Spirit through out the Fights. Kel was just so Spirited and so friendly to every one, I knew she belonged here in the DRealm of DSpirit. After viewing her DEssessce of Kel Spirit Page, and seeing what The Spirit truly meant to Kel. I then ask her to join in the DRealm of DSpirit, in which she now writes for DFriends of DFights, and is known as DFun. And she is that pure Fun, she keep all of us in a happy mood with her emails. And is involved throughout The Site Fights.
	DUncle	How did the Spirit Newsletter come about?
	DSpirit	Odette sends me email all the time, we are even Penpals with DLight through snail mail. As time went by we all have become very close friends. Fact is I could see it in her letters to me, she has great expressions. I found my self laughing with her, pouting with her and even winking back at her. I felt as if when I read her letters I could picture her saying this to me. I knew right then she could do the same in Spirit through a Newsletter. I think she does just that. I'm very Proud of Odette sharing her Spirit with us.
	DUncle	What do you have planned for Drealm in the next few months?
	DSpirit	We have several new Spirit Projects that have taking off, The Spirits, The Spirit Newsletter, DFriends of DFights, DFamily Photo Album, and we are changing the DSpirit Card Shop. All in which are updated weekly and daily. We have new ideas flowing in the DRealm of DSpirit all the time. So we hope to improve on these projects for the next few months. But you never know, when something strike us in Spirit we go for it.. =)
	DUncle	If a tree fell in the Dforest, would any fairies get hurt?
	DSpirit	Of course not, Fairies are very fast you know. =)
	DUncle	Any Advise for the Fighters on how they can show more Spirit?
	DSpirit	If you take the time to tour The Site Fights, you can't help but have fun. Which in return will definitely boast your Spirit. I have never witness so much Spirit that everyone that is involved in Bringing The Site Fights to the Fighters puts in. Therefore, if a Fighter feels they need to show more Spirit, all they have to do is look in any corner of The Site Fights to see it, feel it and find it for themselves.
	DUncle	In your mind, Who's Dman?
	DSpirit	DMan is the creator of this wonderful place, The Site Fights. In which he has allowed all that are involved to use there own ideas in creating there Special Place to share the Spirit with all who enter. Therefore, you get this wonderful friendly atmosphere that is always sharing Fun, Friendship & Spirit with all.

Thank you so much Dspirit. Looking quite relaxed, she went back about her duties. Dspot and I continued on our trek. I had gotten tired of running Dspot and tied him up in Dback yard. Of course, someone else came by and took him for a run. How he does love to run. I tried to relax. The thoughts of Dforesome still rattled around inside my head. things were so close. I took a vacation to relax from the long walking we did around the minature golf course, Dsuspenda also seemed to be on a brief hiatus. Dman and Nick were quiet these days. Guess the old summer blues were hitting everyone.

I decide to actually sit down and watch DTV (Dman Television). He now had his own cable vision. This was great. I found a sports channel. It was completely dedicated to old Olympics highlights. This was great. Hurdles, high jumps, pole vaults, long jumps.... I could jump well, I could do this. Maybe.. hmmm. An idea hit me. After I woke up, I knew where this was going. The Site Fights Decathalon.

Dsuspenda and Duncle -vs- Dman and Nick

Each of us competing in 10 events. Total points added between the teams. This could be a great thing. But the events, what could we compete against each other in. I would have to get with Dsuspenda. Maybe if Nick and Dman had to come to our side of the Site Fights to compete, we could have the advantage we needed to pull off a win.

I got word out to Dsuspenda. He came running right over. Dspot had a hold of his suspendA and wasn't letting him run too fast. When He was at the front door, Dspot let go and Dsuspenda did a double back-flip and landed in the chair right next to me. It was time to get the course laid out and get invitations made to let everyone know about Dcathalon....WOO~HOO
