Who's Dman - Issue 13: Interview With Kenny

Kenny is the Team Leader of The Cherub Champions.

	DUncle	When did you become involved with the Site Fights?
	Kenny	I first entered my site in competition in May of 1997. I joined the Gladiators
	DUncle	Are you the first leader of the cherubs?
	Kenny	No, This team started out as a team called the Andromeda's All Stars. I was under that name about 2 months. Then the leader had to give it up so A lady named Pat Richards took the team and changed the name to the Cherubs Champions. She ran the team for about 2 months and due to personal reasons she needed to give up the team. I was the Spirit fairy for the team from the time it started as the Andromeda's All Stars up until I became the leader of the team
	DUncle	How did you become leader of the Cherubs?
	Kenny	When Pat Richards had to give up the team and since I was a Spirit fairy for the team and already knew something about the operation of the team she asked me if I would consider taking the team. I said I would.
	DUncle	How has the team change since you been on it?
	Kenny	We have kept the team basically the same. We have added things such as the Cherubs Web ring, The Cherub Buddy program, And awards program that is second to none. We play games. We have an adoption program. I must say that I can't take credit for much of this. My team assistants are the brains behind most of the programs we have now. I just had enough sense to let them go ahead with their ideas.
	DUncle	What events do the Cherubs have that team members can get involved in?
	Kenny	As I said above We have a Web ring, We have a buddy program, We play games We have awards that the team can win by being spirited and for helping their fellow cherubs and others in the fights. The Buddy Program is where the older cherubs take the new fighters under their wing and teach them the ropes and help them to get off on the right foot.
	DUncle	How do you spend your spare time away from the Site Fights?
	Kenny	I go to church, I sing Gospel Music. I love to go out and eat. I spend time with My family.
	DUncle	What were your first thoughts when asked to run a team?
	Kenny	I asked myself and Pat could I do it. I was not all that familiar with html at the time. I have learned a lot about it because of being involved in the fights. Because of being involved in the fights I made a page on the internet that I am very proud of. It gave me the incenative to want to do a better page.
	DUncle	Do you have anyone helping you run the team? If so, who are they?
	Kenny	Yes I have two assistants. One we call Top Kat. (AKA.Lady Kathleen) The other is Lady Angel Mouse (Aka Lisa Darden) I could not run this team without them. They give so much to the team and to me and I really appreciate them very much.
	DUncle	Where do you see the cherubs in the future?
	Kenny	I see the Cherubs as one of the best teams in the Sitefights. We are growing now by leaps and bounds. We have some of the most spirited sites competing in the Sitefights. I see nothing but good for the Cherubs team.
	DUncle	In your mind, Who's Dman?
	Kenny	I am glad you asked that question. I see Dman as a man that had a vision to do something to make the internet a better place to be. He took that vision and made it a reality. The sitefights is the best thing to come along since there was and Internet. He has the vision to make it and even better organization. I only hope that I have helped him a little to achieve his goal for the sitefights.

It's very apparent that in the way you let your team go with their ideas, Has proven that a team can grow with a little encouragemant. Thanks a bundle Kenny. Meanwhile, practice for the upcoming D'Golf War goes on:
After hearing the revealation Dsuspenda whispered into my ear last week, lead me to thinking,I should get an interview with this beanie barnie fellow. To my dismay, he was off on an excursion to the Wilds of South America on the Minature golf course tour down there. I did make an attempt to sneak a peek into the course. The fence stood near 30 feet high. It was topped with razor wire and had large signs proclaiming it's voltage. I decide it was NOT in my best interest to go peeking around where I wasn't wanted. I knew Dman was a private kinda guy and wanted to keep his course a secret.. but sheesh. What did a guy need to do to get an edge. I decided to go and meet once again with Dcontenda to brush him up on his skills. He apparently didn't understand my message and brought a broom with him instead of his putter.*sigh*. This was gonna be tough. I heard him say something only to realize he was answering himself. I handed him my putter and pointed down the green to the hole. The putt-putt golf course was the best place to start. The first hole only had a small hill do get over. I watch as Dcontenda walked up and down the course. He look it up and looked it down. I took a nap. I was risen out of my slumber by screaming. Dcontenda was running towards me. "Let's go" he said. I had to agree, that was enough for the first days practice.
