Who's Dman - Issue 12a: Interview With Skye

(Editor's note... although the original Who's Dman had Skye and DContendA's interview on the same page, I've broken it up for easier readabilty -- Duncan)

This week, We once again say farewell to Skye. She was one of the first and difinately will not be forgotten. We can only hope that one day she'll return to Dfamily. It was difficult to read her words and not get choked up. You can feel her longing to still be here amongst us. We miss you Skye.

	DUncle	When did you become involved with the Site Fights?
	Skye	It was around April of '97 I believe. I signed up with the Wombat Warriors.
	DUncle	How did you pick the Name Skye?
	Skye	That was easy, it was already a nickname I used.
	DUncle	How do you feel that you've helped shape The Site Fights?
	Skye	I think I brought my own brand of spirit. Certainly a new Spirit Stick!
	DUncle	What have you enjoyed most about the Site Fights?
	Skye	Meeting so many young people and growing close to them. They were like my other kids. I adored them and still play to stay in contact with them.
	DUncle	What prompted your departure?
	Skye	I'm going to be working full time soon. Along with that and the fact that I hadn't been spending much time doing things with my family. It's hard when you're doing this 7 days a week.
	DUncle	What will you miss most about the Site Fights?
	Skye	My die hard team members. Some of them have been fighting off and on with me since I started the team last August. They're my extended family and I still plan to keep in contact with them.
	DUncle	Where do you see the Site Fights in the future?
	Skye	I see it steadily growing but I hope it doesn't get so big that everyone gets lost in the shuffle. People who join the fights want to have a sense of belonging and feeling that they are important.
	DUncle	Can we look forward to a hopeful return one day?
	Skye	Hopefully one day I will be able to return. I don't know in what capacity though. Running a team is very time consuming. Especially if you give it your all.
	DUncle	Any Parting words?
	Skye	I wish the best of luck and love to everyone involved in the "Fights". *May the angels watch over you and keep you safe*
	DUncle	In your mind, Who's Dman?
	Skye	A person with unlimited amounts of patience and understanding.
